As a son of hairstylists, Shannon grew up with a love and passion for the hair. Now an internationally known Platform Artist and Education/Creative Director, his talents have allowed him to lead a team of 1600 educators supporting 57 countries while leading trainings and stage shows in countries like England, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Jamaica, Trinidad, Korea, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Jamaica, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, China, Brazil, Bali and Singapore. Shannon’s appeared on the Oprah show doing make-overs and enjoys working backstage each season at New York Fashion Week.
Allyson has over 26 years of salon professional and salon leadership experience as the Co-Owner and CEO of Hair & Co BKLYN and Beauty 360 Consulting and former President and CEO of Dessange Group North America, Vice President of Education for Clarins, and head of the salon division for such companies as; Ulta Beauty and ColorWorks Salon a division of Ratner Companies. She became a Stylist right out of high school and later an American Board Certified Haircolorist. She writes a blog for Salon Today and was featured in Beauty Fashion Magazines “Counter Culture”, Salon Today “2013 Enterprising Women” and Scholar Magazine “Making It Personal”.
Chad Taber is a veteran in the salon and has spent over a decade working as a highly requested contract artist and Certified Colorist for Keune Haircosmetics. He thrives by sharing his experience and knowledge with other salon professionals, including his role as the Color Coach in Prospect Heights. Chad has worked with the Keune International Team back stage at New York Fashion Week and at Keune Evolution events, and he enjoys special event styling and working on set for editorials. He relocated to Brooklyn in 2015 to join the Hair & Co BKLYN team and he brings a fresh eye to the Brooklyn hair scene, inspired by fluid color, geometric shapes and a lived-in aesthetic. Experimental color techniques and avant garde cuts, styles and construction also feed his creative vibes.
Caeleb has styled hair for top designers Calvin Klein,Naeem Kahn, Anna Sui, Baja East, Richard Chai, Aldo, and many more. He has been mentored by the top artists in his field Sally Hershberger, Garren, Kevin Ryan, Mary Brunetti, and Campbell Mcauley.
His celebrity clients consist of Josh Groban, the Getty family and the Vanderbilt family. You can also see his work on-air for the Home Shopping Network with top brands Con-air, Tru Beauty and Voloom.
A 12-year veteran in the beauty business, Meg has done almost everything you can think of to get you primped and polished.
A former salon owner & makeup artist, Meg specializes in bridal, blondes, balayage, HairTalk extensions and fluid color melts that blend naturally with your hair's texture and skin tone.
Her professional background includes working for brands like Redken, MAC, Wella and now, Keune. Meg also holds a B.S. degree in Technical Education and Industry Training from University of Central Florida and has taught numerous vocational students and professionals, alike.
Meg lives in Brooklyn with her husband Rob and fluffy toy poodle, Scooter. She's available Wednesday-Saturday for hair color, cuts, makeup or bridal/extension consultations.
Cyd Charisse has taught and led the master’s program at the Aveda Institutes for Aisouth for the past 5 years. She has participated in fashion shows for designers such as the Stella McCartney, Tibi, Richard chair and many more. Cyd is certified in Aveda color systems, and color theory which allows her to be a global educator. She has worked side by side with photographers such as Joe Lee & Mike Ortiz. Cyd has also been behind the chair with celebrity stylists such as Frank Rizzieri & Campbell Mcauley. You can also find her behind the scenes at home shopping network. Cyd Charisse currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
Charles found his natural talent at the age of 14 cutting hair for his family. He continued to refine his talent into traditional barbering, providing him the means to study at the University of Central Florida and obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Theatre. Charles fell in love with the artistic side of the Professional Beauty Industry as a barber and hairstylist. His artistic, fashionable and friendly personality helps him connect with his clients in a much deeper way to achieve their vision for their overall image. Charles is also a featured Platform Artist for Peter Coppola and continues to participate and shows and styling education.

Says Justin, who loves to create either bold or subtle changes in hair weather it be color or hair cutting. Using the French technique of controlled cutting, Justin studies with each individual person to find the accurate hairstyle to fit their lifestyle. He likes to approach it as a "wash and wear" style with results of being natural, and softer around the face. His dedication to the industry has been published in magazines opening up opportunities to work backstage during New York fashion week. With a charismatic and southern charm, his personality alone will have you feeling inspired to be a better you.
Originally from California with stints in Tokyo, Japan and Austin, Texas, Teddy is happy to now call New York his home. He has a graphic style, having studied at Avenue Five Institute in Austin, Texas, a Sassoon Connection School, The Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, California and apprenticing at Sassoon Salons here in New York City. He has a strong affinity for precision cuts and creative color. In his spare time Teddy enjoys writing, sewing and playing the guitar. Teddy is also fluent in Japanese.
Katie moved to New York in 2013 to work amongst the best in the hair industry. She work under Beth Minardi trained colorist, Tohmas Elmlund to perfect her eye and skills for beautiful hair color. In addition to hair color, Katie enjoys styling hair for special events or just a bouncy blowout. Katie values continuing education not just as a way to better her skills but also to provide the latest trends to her clients. Prior to moving to New York, She worked in DC metro area.
Hair color specialist Megan is never happier than when she's turning chemistry into art. With over 10 years of industry experience, Megan has traveled extensively, training with some of the industries best. It’s her personal goal to continue to grow and excel in her craft and to ultimately share all that she learns. Megan has educated leading stylists in many salons working as a lead educator for Goldwell as well as many other brands. Truly passionate about her chosen career, Megan is always on top of the trends. "My passion has always been to make people feel beautiful. I love hair and feel incredibly happy that I’ve found a career that resonates with me so perfectly. As a stylist I believe in honesty, patience, creativity and hard work all functioning together to produce a beautiful end result for my clients.”
