Born into a family of hairstylists, Shannon grew up in a world where good hair was basically a love language. Fast forward: he’s now an internationally known Platform Artist and Education/Creative Director who’s led a team of 1,600 educators across 57 countries. Casual, right?

He’s brought his magic to stages and salons everywhere—from England to Bali, from South Africa to Sweden, from New York Fashion Week to The Oprah Show (yes, that Oprah). Whether he's doing makeovers on TV or prepping models backstage, Shannon brings passion, precision, and major good vibes.

Allyson has over 30 years of salon professional and salon leadership experience as the Co-Owner and CEO of Hair & Co BKLYN and Beauty 360 Consulting and former President and CEO of Dessange Group North America,  Vice President of Education for Clarins,  and head of the salon division for such companies as; Ulta Beauty and ColorWorks Salon a division of Ratner Companies.  She became a Stylist right out of high school and later an American Board Certified Haircolorist.  She writes a blog for Salon Today and was featured in Beauty Fashion Magazines “Counter Culture”, Salon Today “2013 Enterprising Women” and Scholar Magazine “Making It Personal”.

Stacy Ann comes to us from through the woods, across the river in NJ.  She fell into doing hair by chance, now almost three decades later, it become so much more than a job.  From a modest beginning Stacy Ann has done so much in the beauty industry from teaching beauty school, being an Educator for an international haircosemetics company, styling hair during fashion week in NYC as well as many charitable events.  

When not behind the chair she can be found working out where she represents CKO Kickboxing in the 2019 Fitness Atlantic Show or at a heavy metal show anywhere in the country.  

Her approach to hair is straight forward and relatable.  Real hair for real people.

Meet Hilary, a vibrant and passionate individual who has recently found her home in the diverse and creative neighborhood of Brooklyn. Originally hailing from Texas, Hilary brings with her a unique blend of experiences and talents that make her stand out in the crowd.

With a background in boxing and a love for music and animals, Hilary embodies strength, discipline, and a deep appreciation for the arts. As a trained boxer, she knows the value of hard work and dedication, which she carries over into her craft as a trichologist.

In her role as a trichologist, Hilary approaches each client as an individual, recognizing their uniqueness and tailoring her services to their specific needs. She firmly believes that color is an essential element in bringing out the best in a haircut, whether it's a sleek and classic style or a bold and modern look. By taking the time to understand her clients' lifestyles and hair histories, Hilary is able to provide personalized recommendations that enhance their personal style and bring out their natural beauty.

Brianna’s a Jersey native whose enjoying the move to city life.  As a stylist for over 8 years she believes a great experience goes beyond the hair.  It’s  about feeling welcome, having fun, being heard and falling in love with your hair.   You can always count on Brianna for a LBGTQ+ friendly chair, a great Loki  & Roy G adventure (her Boston Terrier and Cat) and a few funny Dad jokes.  

She has love for styling, undos, long layers haircuts and any kind of blonding.  As Brianna always says, “you can always trust a blonde with your blonde.”

Nivie loves to do curly/course hair because she has curly hair. She decided to go natural 3 years ago and never looked back. Her mother used to relax her hair since she was 5 years old so she never knew she had beautiful curly hair under all those chemicals. She had to start from zero and unlearn all of those unhealthy habits she used to do her hair. She did tons of research to help her hair grow very healthy. Very happy with where her hair is now, she wants to teach what shes learned about her hair to other curly hair people that sit in her chair, with any type of texture too.  

She loves to help people get back to loving and caring more often about their hair! Making anyone that sits on her chair feel comfortable and leave her chair feeling confident. Looking good and healthy, equals feeling good!

Meet Dominique, the hair sorceress from Richmond, VA! With 12 years of cosmetology magic, she's a beauty wizard transforming locks into masterpieces.

Dominique’s got serious cred: certified in Entrepreneurship, basic and advanced makeup, and extension techniques. She rocks color, highlights, wedding and event hairstyling, and full-body waxing. Recently, she’s fallen in love with haircutting, and it’s been amazing!

Tatiana is a seasoned stylist with 8+ years of braiding and 2 years of natural styling, backed by cool certifications like Ouidad, k18, and Goldwell blonding. She thrives on bringing color, highlights, cuts, curly styling, and protective styles to life, transforming each client into a walking masterpiece. Her mission? To see big smiles, hear raving compliments, and get those "I'll be back" promises. Known for making clients feel right at home, chatting with Tatiana feels like catching up with an old friend. When she’s not working (though she’s always working 😅), she’s soaking up quality family time and focusing on self-improvement.
